It all happened today, Friday the 13th, Quintiles Translational a pharmaceutical services company, from the united states has made a move and is trying to outbid Parexel to buy Clinphone from Britain. Parexel has already made a bid for $182 million bid for Clinphone. As a result from all this commotion Clinphone shares went up 45%. Clinphone revenues for the quarter increased 14.2. Furthermore, during the same quarter, the company announced a new partnership with Invivodata with the aim to provide Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes Targeting expansion in the European markets. Also the company recently opened its office in Paris. It will be interesting to see which deal goes through and to which hands ClinPhone falls in.
