She is considered to be a world swimming champion and is an American record holder, Angelelli competed in the 2000 Paralympics in Sydney and the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens, where she won two bronze medals. Now she is a favourite, she is ranked number one in the world in the 100 meter and 200 meter freestyle.
