Christina Szele is the name of the woman from New York who is accused of causing a trouble in a JetBlue flight. Christina Szele is 35 years old and a very impatient smoker. During the flight she lit up a cigarette and when she was confronted by one of the flight attendants she unleashed her fists in anger. What resulted were more flight attendants coming to the rescue of their colleague. Then they tried to control the rowdy smoker. Christina Szele resisted by kicking and screaming. As a result the captain of the Jet Blue flight had to make an emergency landing in Denver. There Christina Szele was awaited by police who took her into custody. When questioned about the incident she said that she didn’t remember what happened, she didn’t remember lighting up or punching the flight attendant. The only thing she remembered doing is cursing. The flight was from New York to San Fransisco. And prior to the flight Christina Szele admitted that she had a few beers; she also admitted that she had a few mixed drinks during the flight. Christina Szele the rowdy smoker is now facing a couple of charges, one for assault and interference with the flight crew….Isn’t smoking on a plane a crime as well? That’s what I thought so. Anyway, I will have to wait until June 23 when Christina Szele will have her hearing.
