Gons Nachman is the name of a man who stated that having a sexual relationship with a teenager is ok. He is not any man. Gons Nachman is a former United States Diplomat. These days Gons Nachman is in court. Recently he asked a Virginia judge for leniency after being charged for possession of child pornography. Gons Nachman is a former Consular Officer and was arrested initially because not only he had sexual relationships with teens aged as young as fourteen but he recorded them as well. The former Consular Officer admitted in court that he did what he was accused for. Nevertheless, he asked for leniency because he claimed having sex with teens is ok sometimes and under sime circumstances. Consular Officer stated that even though having sex with teens in North America, it is ok to have sex with underage girls from Africa, and from the Congo in particular because they develop faster mentally and physically. Ok, whoever this guy Gons Nachman is, since when are consular officers physiologists and doctors. Gons Nachman did not really say all these things. He actually wrote them in a letter to the judge from his holding cell. Gons Nachman also stated that being accused with having sex with an underage girl holds a cultural bias. He presented the example of Brazil and other third world countries. After the letter, prosecutors responded that Gons Nachman is falsely trying to downplay the whole situation. Although I myself agree with the idea of a cultural bias in some cases, I flat out disagree with Gons Nachman. Having sex with a child should be a crime in every culture, Western, Easter, southern, whatever. Gons Nachman is also a US diplomat. What message would leniency send out there. I really hate to hear stories of child abuse, they are really disgusting. Even more disgusting to hear how some people try to get out of it; people like Gons Nachman.
