Johnny Miller made insensitive remarks about Mediates Italian heritage. What Miller was uncalled for. Miller said that Mediate looks like the guy who cleans Tiger Woods’ swimming pool. In other words that because Mediate is Italian he should be seen as a pool boy and that the title should not go hand in hand with the trophy.
